Aleksandra Gawel of Wallington, New Jersey, entered eternal life on Saturday, December 11th, 2021, she was 82. Aleksandra was born in Dlugie, Poland on May 25th, 1939, to Jan and Weronika Wegrzyn. She was raised in Poland, and after completing her college education, became a Registered Nurse. She had worked as a Nurse until coming to the United States on September 1st, 1990. After she arrived in Wallington, she had worked as a Seamstress in Passaic, retiring in 1997. Aleksandra was an avid book reader and would often share books amongst her friends. Aleksandra is survived by her 2 devoted sons, Jaroslaw Gawel & Dariusz Gawel and her 3 dear brothers, Jerzy Wegrzyn, Zygmunt Wegrzyn and Zbigniew Wegrzyn. Aleksandra was predeceased by her husband Zdzislaw in 2008. Visiting 7 - 9 pm, Thursday, December 16th, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave. Wallington, NJ 07057.
