Charlotte Necina (Fila) of Wantage, NJ, formerly of Harrison, entered eternal life Saturday, December 16, 2023. She was 83. Charlotte left this world peacefully holding her son’s hand at their family home. Born to the late Valentine and Katarzyna (Tomczyk) Fila, in Passaic, New Jersey, Charlotte's life was one rich in love and shared experiences. She grew up in Harrison, NJ, before finding her haven in the picturesque surroundings of Wantage in 1974, which she lovingly called home. Throughout her life, Charlotte's sparkling blue eyes and beautiful smile were her signature, a testament to the warmth and light she carried within. Devoted wife to John R. Necina until his passing in 1999 and the nurturing mother to John W. Necina, she loved with her entire being. Her presence could effortlessly light up the room, her laughter a melody that resonated with comfort and happiness. Charlotte's professional path was marked by her profound sense of responsibility Her time at Selective Insurance Company in Branchville, NJ, Sunrise House in Lafayette, NJ, and DPA Inc in New York City was characterized by an unwavering commitment to her work and the people she served. To encounter Charlotte was to encounter joy itself. She handled life’s adversities with grace. As we come together to celebrate Charlotte's life and honor her memory, we recall the spirit of her kindness that made our world a better place. Visiting, 5-8pm, Wednesday, December 20, 2023. A Chapel Service will be celebrated at 10:30am, Thursday, December 21. Both will be held Warner-Wozniak Funeral Services, 80 Midland Ave., Wallington, NJ 07057. Chalotte will be laid to rest at St. Michael’s Cemetery, 120 Saddle River Rd., South Hackensack, NJ 07606.
