Conrad was born in Hackensack, New Jersey on July 2nd, 2003, to Zbigniew and Elizabeth (Ruszkiewicz) Dubij. He is survived by his loving parents, Elizabeth and Zbigniew Dubij, his cherished brothers David, Adrian and Alex Dubij, and his devoted grandparents Anna and Czeslaw Dubij.
