Daniel was married to Margaret Smith (Rivera), on March 25th, 1995 in Cancun, Mexico. During Daniel's professional career he had worked as a Document Specialist at Mayer Brown LLP in New York, NY. Daniel enjoyed hiking, football, guitar, the beach, and running track for his high school team. He is survived by his beloved wife, Margaret Smith; his devoted son Calvin Austin Smith; and his loving sisters Yvonne Hazell and Alexandra Emery.
