Emil Posluszny of Wallington, New Jersey, entered eternal life on Monday, July 11th, 2022, he was 94. Emil was born in Wallington, New Jersey on November 13th, 1927, to Ludwig and Mary (Janiec) Posluszny. Emil was married to Phyllis (Mroz) Posluszny, on June 27th, 1953, at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church in Passaic. On October 5, 1946, Emil joined the United States Army until being honorably discharged in 1948. During his professional career, Emil had worked as a Master Plumber for his own plumbing company, Emil Posluszny Plumbing and Heating. Emil was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Knights of Columbus. He was also an usher and longtime parishioner of The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Roman Catholic Church. He is survived by his loving spouse, Phyllis Posluszny, his devoted children, Laura and her husband Carl Cinardo, Paul and his wife Susan Posluszny, and Janice Posluszny, his cherished grandchildren, Jennifer, Stacie Renee, Jessica, Kyle, and Brianna Rae and his dear great grandchildren, Sarah, Liam and Conor. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11am, Tuesday, July 19th, The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Roman Catholic Church, 127 Paterson Ave., Wallington, NJ 07057. Emil will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington, NJ 07031.
