Florence (nee Ziemba) Junda, 89, of Garfield passed away at home on March 6, 2021. She was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Flo lived most of her life in Garfield where she graduated from Garfield High School. She had a long career in Valley National Bank where she worked for 42 years until retirement. For many years, Flo was an avid bowler where she enjoyed traveling across the country playing in league tournaments. She is survived by her beloved niece, Cathy Crossan and her husband Dennis, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, nephews Kenneth Dziuba of Garfield and Gregory Dziuba and his wife Dorothy of Ringwood, and was a cherished Great-Aunt to Lauren, Danny, Leanna, Kelly and Madison.
Visitation, Tuesday, March 9th, 9 am to 10:30 am, with a funeral service at 10:30 am, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave., Wallington, NJ. Flo will be laid to rest immediately following at St. Mary's Cemetery, 1 Outwater Lane, Saddle Brook, New Jersey.
