Obituary for George Dellapenta

George  Dellapenta
George Dellapenta, a resident of Lodi, entered eternal life April 18th, 2018, he was 82. George was born in the lower east side of Manhattan on September 12th, 1935 to Emilio and Teresa (Nattoli) Dellapenta. In 1955, George began serving in the US Army National Guard. He worked as a mechanic and truck driver, and enjoyed fishing. He also took great pride in being an active parishioner of St. Joseph R.C. Church in Lodi, where he was married to his beloved wife Elaine "Chickie" Paladino in September of 1956. George is survived by his cherished great granddaughter Elainna Dellapenta-Deliz, his devoted grandchildren Tanna Dellapenta and Anthony Giordano. He is also survived by his dear son in law Joseph Giordano, a sister in law Ann Romero and brother in law Vincent Paladino. George was predeceased by his beloved wife Chickie in August of 2017, his daughter Donna, his son George and grandson Vincent Dellapenta in 2012. Visiting Saturday, April 21st, 10:30 am - 12:30 pm, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave, Wallington, NJ. A funeral Mass will follow at 1 pm, at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 40 Spring Street, Lodi. www.WarnerAndWozniak.com
