John Dec of Wallington, entered eternal life on Friday, November 22nd, 2019, he was 67. John was born in Grebow, Poland on April 18th, 1952, to Walter and Genowefa (Stepien) Dec. He came to the United States in November of 1962. John was married to his beloved wife, Violet Frankowska, on June 15th, 1974 at St. Joseph's Church in Passaic. He has worked as a foreman for Jon Construction Company in Saddle Brook. In addition to fishing, he was an avid gardener, growing and tending to his flowers and vegetables. He was also known to enjoy cooking and grilling. John is survived by his beloved wife Violet, his three beloved children, John Dec, Krystyna and her husband Walter Dubis, and Joseph and Agnieszka Dec. He is also survived by his two cherished grandsons, Joseph and Michael and his dear siblings Chester Dec and Krystyna Dul. Visiting 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm, Sunday, November 24th, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave. Wallington. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 am, Monday, November 25th, at The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 127 Paterson Avenue Wallington, New Jersey 07057.
