Josephine Humenik a life long resident of Wallington, entered eternal life on Sunday, July 1st, she was 93. Josephine was born in Wallington on February 4th, 1925, to Walter and Mary (Mazur) Nieglos. She was married on February 1st, 1948 to Edward Humenik. Edward died on February 18th, 1988; they had been married 40 years. Josephine had been a devoted parishioner of Sts. Peter and Paul Polish National Catholic Church in Passaic, a member of the Wallington Seniors and of Wallington AARP Chapter #4115. In her free time Josephine could be found working in her vegetable garden, tatting lace, knitting and crocheting. Josephine is survived by her loving children Keith Humenik, Diane Forestano and her four cherished grandchildren, Ashley Humenik, Shaunee Humenik, Collrane Forestano, Roy Thomas Forestano. Josephine was predeceased by her dear son-in-law Thomas A. Forestano in 1998. Visiting Saturday, July 14th, 9 am - 10:30 am, followed by a funeral Mass at Sts Peter and Paul Polish National Catholic Church 126 River Dr, Passaic, NJ 07055. Josephine will be laid to rest at East Ridgelawn Cemetery with her husband Edward. Flowers will be welcomed, as Josephine loved flowers. www.WarnerAndWozniak.com
