Obituary for Mae J Spooner (Sembarski)

Mae Spooner, a life long resident of Wallington, entered eternal life on May 4th, she was 90. Mae was born in Passaic on Nov 30th, 1927, to Marian and Pauline (Szczachor) Sembarski. Mae married James Spooner on Feb 11th, 1956 at The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, in Wallington, and were married for over forty years at the time of his passing. She had worked for many years at Singer Kearfott in Little Falls, retiring in 1992. Mae was an avid reader, enjoyed crocheting and spending time working in her garden. Mae is survived by her two beloved daughters Maria and Jack McGinn,
Diane and Joseph Strongosky. She is also survived by her four devoted grandchildren; Scott, Kristin, John and Melissa and her four cherished greatgrandchildren; Jacob, Ashley, John and James.
Visiting 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 pm, Mon, May 7th, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave. Wallington. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 am, Tues, May 8th, at The Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, 127 Paterson Avenue Wallington. Mae will be laid to rest with her husband at St. Michael's Cemetery, S Hackensack. In lieu of flowers, Contributions to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital are appreciated. www.WarnerAndWozniak.com
