Maria Bernatowicz of Wallington, New Jersey, entered eternal life on Saturday, July 2nd, 2022, she was 87. Maria was born in Podczerwone, Poland on November 3rd, 1934, to Jozef and Maria (Hajnos) Karcz. Maria was married to Jan Bernatowicz. During her professional career, she worked at Passaic Beth Israel Regional Medical Center, in Passaic, NJ. Maria is Survived by her loving children Krystyna and her husband Adam Maliborski, Zofia and her husband Krzysztof Słodyczka, Maria Bernatowicz, Tadeusz and his wife Aniela Bernatowicz, and Władysław Bernatowicz; her beloved siblings Stanisław and his wife Maria Karcz, and Helena and her husband Tadeusz Głogowski; her cherished grandchildren Emilia, Natalia, Jacek and his wife Rebecca, Maciej and his wife Melanija, Krzysztof, Bartłomiej, Bernadetta and her husband Dylan, Grzegorz, Adam, Joanna, Izabella, Andrzej, Anna, and Daniel; and her devoted great grandchildren Tomasz and Henryk. Maria is predeceased by her cherished husband Jan Bernatowicz, parents Joseph and Maria Karcz, and brother Jan Karcz and his wife Anna. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 9 am, Friday, July 8th, St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church 7 Parker Ave Passaic, New Jersey 07055. Maria will be laid to rest 1 pm on July 8th, at Our Lady of Czestochowa, 654 Ferry Road, Doylestown, Pennsylvania. There will be a charter bus from Panorama Tours that will be meeting for pick up at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church for transportation to Our lady of Czestochowa.
