Maria Nogiec of Wallington, entered eternal life on Sunday, December 2nd, she was 64. Maria was born in Ranizow, Poland on January 30th, 1954, to Stanislaw and Aniela (Piekarz) Zimny. On August 30th, 1975 Maria was married to her beloved husband Stanislaw Nogiec. She came to the United States in 1995, and settled in Wallington. For nearly the past twenty years Maria has worked for the Compass Group, working at the Felician College, Rutherford Campus in cafeteria services. Maria enjoyed spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren Victoria and Daniel. She also enjoyed working on crossword puzzles, knitting, cooking for her family and friends and she was also an avid reader. Maria is survived by her beloved husband Stanislaw, her three children Rafal Nogiec, Anna Nogiec and Joanna Nogiec. She is survived by her dear brother and his wife Mieczyslaw and Leokadia Zimny, her sister-in-law Stanislawa Zimny, sister-in-law Maria Posluszny, and many nieces and nephews, and other relatives, both here in the United States and in Poland. Maria was predeceased by her brother Jan Zimny and her parents Aniela and Stanislaw Zimny. Visiting 2 -4 and 7 - 9 pm, Wednesday, December 5th, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave. Wallington. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 am, Thursday, December 6th, at Holy Rosary Church, 6 Wall Street Passaic.
