Richard Matthew Szewczyk of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and previously from Clifton, NJ entered eternal life on July 29th, 2019, he was 45. Richard was born in Denville, NJ, on January 25th, 1974 to Marilyn Wilimczyk and Richard Szewczyk. Richard was a genuine guy who played by his rules, his way. He was really good with his hands, loved tinkering and fixing things and tending to his plants. The pride and joy of his plants was his pineapple plant. Richard was also very musically inclined and loved playing the guitar. He will be greatly missed by those who loved and knew him. He is survived by his beloved mother Marilyn, his devoted sister Michelle and her husband Mike Leszczynski and his dear nephew Michael. He is also survived by many dear aunts, uncles and cousins. Richard was predeceased by his father the senior Richard Szewczyk on February 5th of this year.
