Jadwiga Balazy, most recently of Wallington, New Jersey, died in Hackensack, New Jersey, on April 29th, 2011; she was 54 years old. Jadwiga is survived by her daughter Iwona Bogush of Wallington, and her son Slawomir Balazy of Poland. She is also survived by 2 brothers Wieslaw Kupis, Zdzislaw Kupis, and her sister Elzbieta Andrzejczyk. There will be a funeral service at Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 8:00 PM, Monday, May 2, 2011. Visiting will take place from 5-8 pm, prior to the service.
