Maria Ziolkowski

Maria Ziolkowski of Wallington, NJ, entered eternal life on May 6th, 2026, she was 93. Maria was born in Wrzawy, Poland on January 22nd, 1933, to Adam and Zofia Burdzy. Her most important job was that as a homemaker; and outside of the home as a seamstress in the factories of Passaic. Maria was the devoted mother to Stanley and Anna, Andrzej and Krystyna, her beloved grandchildren Monika, Pamela, Jessica, Ewelina, Adrian and Filip; and the cherished great-grandmother of Sebastian, Maximilian, Gabriella, Karolina, Natalia, and Ania. Maria was predeceased by her beloved son Czeslaw, and was predeceased by her ten siblings. Maria enjoyed her trips to play the slots in Atlantic City and Pennsylvannia. To celebrate her 75th birthday, her family took her to the Las Vegas strip. Maria enjoyed playing scratch-offs, jigsaw puzzels and suduko. Maria was also a fan of Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. Maria was also a known regular at the Senior Citizen Center in Wallington, and will be missed. Visiting Monday, 5 - 8 pm, May 11th, Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Avenue, Wallington, NJ. A funeral Mass will be celebrated, 11:30 am Tuesday, May 12th, Holy Rosary Church, 6 Wall Street, Passaic, NJ. Maria will be laid to rest at the Mausoleum at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 225 Ridgedale Avenue. East Hanover, NJ 07936.
