Message: To My Dearest Brother, Thomas... It has been 18 months since that terrible day we all lost you, and the whole tragedy still seems unbelievable to me. I continue to miss you in more ways than I can say. But, despite this, you are with me each and every day, in my heart and in my mind. I often think about the many different things we spoke about over the years and the many happy memories and times we shared together. Things happen during a normal day of mine, and I will unexpectedly recall a memory of ours that I haven\'t thought of in a very long time. Happy thoughts like this and dreams of you have brought me comfort, despite your physical absence. Knowing that you are with God in that perfect place He has prepared especially for you helps me too. It is hard to believe that it is almost the end of September, and fall is upon us. We loved the fall, cool and clear windy days, playing in the leaves, the prospect of Halloween on the horizon...so many really great memories! I look at the pictures I have of you and feel that I could just pick up the phone and talk with you. There are so many new things happening that I\'d love to talk about with you.
