Joan  Bourhill
Joan Bourhill, a 37 year resident of Wallington, died on April 18th, 2014, she was 68. Joan was born in Jersey City, NJ to Vincent and Eleanor (Gavaghan) Cashman. She was raised in Ridgefield Park, NJ and was a graduate of St. Cecilia High School in Englewood, NJ Class of 1963. Joan married David Bourhill Sr, on Oct 10th, 1970 at the Church of St. Francis in Ridgefield Park. The family moved to Wallington in 1977. Joan had worked nine years at the Bergen County Clerk’s Office as well as several other jobs throughout her life; although none were as important as being a wife, mother and a grandmother. She was also enjoyed the NY baseball teams and was a big Giants fan. Joan is survived by her beloved husband David Sr., loving son David Jr and wife Annette; her loving daughter Christine and husband Jason Ventura. She is also survived by her sister Patricia and husband David Renk of Glassboro, NJ, and her cherished grandchildren Paige, Jake, Skylar and Evan. She is predeceased by one brother Vincent Cashman. Joan was also a devout parishioner of Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Wallington where her funeral mass will be held, Tuesday, April 22nd 10AM, 127 Paterson Ave. Visiting will be held on Monday 2-4 and 7-9PM Warner-Wozniak Funeral Service, 80 Midland Ave, Wallington.
