I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Sophie. I was connected to Sophie x2. I am a nurse at Saint Mary's Hospital and have worked with Sophie for many years.She was a wonderful volunteer and friend. She was a very dedicated volunteer and a very special friend. My father, Edward Bargiel also befriended Sophie as they shared walks in Saddle Brook Park. Through all of their respective illnesses throughout the years I was the go between keeping them up to date on their conditions. My Dad passed away 5 years ago and I had conversations with Sophie about the sadness of losing her friends. I will miss her. My deepest sympathy for your loss.
